Two of the most critical problems within the games industry are diversity and representation, and mental health and burnout. These issues are complex and multifaceted, but a people-first approach can go a long way to resolving them.

Greyface Guild aims to address these head on by ensuring that creators are supported throughout the production process. This will be achieved by building a support network around each of our members and their creations; sharing the knowledge, experience, and financial resources of the Guild to reduce the negative impacts that come from working in the industry
