Two rates for everything paid: a community rate and a full rate. Eligibility is self-assessed, not means-tested, because we’d rather spend the time on advisory work than on paperwork. All figures exclude VAT, which is added on UK invoices.

Which rate am I?
- Community rate: individual creators, unfunded or grant-funded small organisations, and charities without a dedicated technology budget.
- Full rate: organisations with an operating budget that can sustain market-rate advisory fees.
